All artworks are created as custom commissions according to the client’s specifications. Each piece is hand-made and unique.
Before work begins, full details will be confirmed via email or form submission.

Once a commission is started, cancellations are not possible. Minor adjustments may be discussed during the process at the artist’s discretion.

All artworks and images on this website remain the intellectual property of JohnRtelier.
Commissioned artworks may be displayed for portfolio or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any content, images, or text from this site without prior written consent.

JohnRtelier is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of this website or services.

All artworks are handled and shipped with care, but once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
