Because each piece is handmade and commissioned to order, refunds or returns are not available once work has begun.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel before work starts, please contact us immediately at [insert email].
Once materials have been purchased or painting has started, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and artwork.
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or repair.
